If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you have 14 days starting from the day you received your order to return the item(s). Due to hygienic reasons it is not possible to return earrings. 

Please contact us with your order number and the items you want to return, we'll give you further instructions. You will be responsible for shipping costs, they are non-refundable. All items must come in original packaging. You can fill in this form.

Once we've received the items in perfect condition, we'll send you a confirmation mail and refund you. The refund will be done the original method of payment.

If you would like to exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return the items. We'll take care of the shipping costs to send you the item you want to exchange it for.

We carefully inspect all jewelry before shipping to make sure all pieces are in perfect condition, but if there may be any damaged items, please let us know and we will give you further instructions.
